Race Team Registration
A team is a group of 5 or more participants who register under a common team name. Any company, family, group of friends, club, community organization, school or faith group can form a team.
Note: The top fundraising team will receive American Airline Tickets: Roundtrip air transportation on American Airlines or American Eagle to any destination in the country.

Team Captain Responsibilities
• Register your team (even if team members register using paper forms, register your team name online).
• Register yourself as a team member
• Recruit people to join your team
• Encourage team member fundraising
• Verify paper registration forms - if any - are complete, signed and accompanied by accurate fees.
• Collect and turn in (all together) team member’s paper registration materials.
• Pick up and distribute team packets (shirts, bibs, etc.)
• Communicate information about the Race to your team - keep everyone motivated!
Registration and payment options
Option 1 - Online Registration (preferred and recommended)
• Create your team online at www.savannahraceforthecure.org
• Remember to register yourself too!
• Email potential team members with instructions on how to join your team
Option 2 - Manual/Paper Registration
NOTE: Even if team members register by paper, we ask that the Captain register the team name online. This prevents duplicate team names.
• Distribute registration forms to potential team members.
• Collect completed and signed forms with payment from team members
• Please make checks out to: Savannah Race for the Cure
• Deadline for all forms and fees is April 14, 2010
